Description

A satirical musical-comedy that takes diet-culture to therapy — unpacking obsession, identity and mental health through rap, tap and song.

Initial Consult is a bold one-woman musical comedy where Charlotte Grimmer turns a therapy session into sharp satire on diet culture, self-image and success obsession — blending rap, tap and original songs with humour and honesty.

Trigger warning: eating disorders, mental health.
