Eastern Melbourne Men's Circle

An evening for men and male identifying adults. My intention is to create a space for honest conversations. An invitation to move away from the usual small talk and instead talk about what's really going on for you. A space for courageous vulnerability, honest expression and deep connection through sharing and listening to individual stories.

These evenings run on the fourth Friday of every month in Box Hill, Victoria. This is a phones off event, a chance to digitally disconnect for a few hours and be present. This is also a FREE event. Regardless if you have never been to a men's circle before or you're a seasoned veteran, we would love to have you there.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CIRCLE?

The evening uses the Talking Circle as the framework for conversations. The Talking Circle is a framework that lets us set guidelines as a group, to safely share authentically and honestly in a non-judgmental space. This is not a space for politics or philosophising, but instead a space for your unique lived experiences and stories. A chance for you to listen deeply to the shared human-ness around the circle. My hope is that you might feel a little more comfortable in your own humanness too.
