Display Spots/Exhibitor Booths Available
Each display spot will include a 1.8m x .7m trestle table (approx.), two chairs and a power supply within a 2m x 2m space. Exhibitors will be expected to display their products on their tabletops. Companies may bring their own pull-up banners, tablecloths, marketing collateral and literature. All exhibitors will receive two complimentary attendee tickets. Any additional tickets must be purchased by the company.
Set up times for all exhibitors are from 7:00 am on Thursday, 15 May.
All stands must be show-ready by 8:00 am on Thursday, 15 May.
The exhibition will be open from 8.00 am until 3.00 pm.
All exhibitors must have packed up and left the venue by 4:30 pm on Thursday, 15 May.
