Join Dan on a fantastic night admiring the incredible limited time art show LIT in Werribee including an evening walk along the beautiful Werribee River. This will be a perfect way to break up your week with incredible social vibes of the group and getting those extra steps in.

WHAT TO EXPECT

For an extremely limited time in Werribee, the LIT Light Show is an absolute must-see. It’s a stunning, immersive experience that transforms the Werribee area into a mesmerizing display of color and light. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Werribee Park, the show combines art, technology, and nature in a way that’s truly captivating.

As you walk through the event, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant light installations and projections that change with the rhythm of the music, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. It’s not just a light show; it’s a sensory journey that engages all your senses and brings the landscape to life in a way you’ve never seen before. It’s a perfect activity for all ages and is especially magical at night.

Whether you're a photography enthusiast, a family looking for something fun, or simply someone who loves unique experiences, the LIT Light Show is a beautiful and unforgettable experience that showcases the creativity and charm of Werribee. It’s the kind of event that will leave you with lasting memories and photos you’ll want to share.

The night won't be too difficult as it is all flat with many times to stop and get those incredible pictures you won't be able to resist. All up there will be roughly 5km covered.

The event should take us around 3 hours to complete, depending on our pace and will includes a pub to cap the night off with a nice drink and cheers before heading back to where we started the walk. 

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this event. 

START TIME AND MEET LOCATION

MEETING LOCATION: Chirnside Park Playground 

MEETING TIME: Arrive between 7:00pm and 7:15pm SHARP to meetup and check in for an 7:20pm sharp Departure (Plan to arrive early and give yourself extra time for parking and to find the group).

NOTE: Arriving on time is critical for the event starting on time. Participants not checked-in by 7:15 may be left behind.  

Public transport is an accessible option for this walk. Check the PTV website to plan the route from your area. 

WHAT TO BRING

- Water (at least 1-2L)

- Snack food for the hike

- Money for pub (optional)

WHAT TO WEAR

- Comfortable walking shoes. 

- Comfortable Weather Suitable Clothing. 

- Bring a jacket as it could get fresh.

FINISH

The Night should finish at 10:00pm where we will wander back Chirnside Park with full bellies and big smiles.
