WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be taking in not one, but TWO different walks in this unique and hidden coastal park where we pass through wetlands teeming with birdlife, well maintained wooden boardwalks and an old homestead brimming with character.

This trail is roughly 10.5km long and will take around 3.5 hours to complete depending on our pace. The trail is flat with only a few stairs getting to the lookout. Overall, this is a great trail for beginners and newbies wanting to give walking a go while also having a great chance of spotting some iconic native Australian animals. This trail is packed full of amazing native fauna and flora.

We will aim to finish the hike around 1:30pm back where we started and close by getting some lunch and a drink at the Sanctuary Lakes Hotel.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome to this event.
