    Event description

Following a fantastic inaugural event in 2023, the ‘Melbourne to MOVE’ rally will be held again on April 20th, 2024, and we’re all geared up for an even better event this year. This is an amazing opportunity for cars, trucks, buses and motorbikes to enjoy a great day out on country Victorian roads in support of the MOVE museum.

M2M begins with a 9am breakfast at the state-of-the-art CMV Truck and Bus dealership, Derrimut (NW Melbourne). Tours of this excellent facility will be available before the rally heads north through beautiful towns and countryside to our midway pitstop in Tooborac. It then continues to Toolamba for lunch on the banks of the Goulburn River. The final leg runs through Shepparton to the Finish Line Festival at MOVE, which will feature the participating vehicles, live music, a gourmet BBQ and other local treats. Full access to MOVE is included.

Updates on the rally, and the final briefing packs will be emailed in the week prior to the event.

If you can’t participate in the ‘Melbourne to MOVE’, general admission to the Finish Line Festival, including a gourmet BBQ and museum access is available to a maximum of 500 guests for just $20.

MOVE is an independent not-for-profit entity, receiving no ongoing funding. The ‘Melbourne to MOVE’ is its biggest annual event, raising much needed funds as well as the profile of this outstanding automotive and cultural destination.

Extend your trip to spend a weekend exploring the gorgeous Goulburn Valley, where a range of accommodation is available. The local Visitor Centre can assist with your requirements, to ensure an enjoyable stay.
