The Venture Crawl is coming to Monash!
We’re giving 30 students the chance to join a full-day bus, train and walking tour of the Melbourne startup ecosystem on Thursday the 19th September.
Venture Crawl is an event designed to introduce students to who’s who their local startup ecosystem. Along the way, we'll be teaching you the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset will supercharge your employability, no matter what career path you choose.
Starting at Monash, stopping in Cremorne and then ending in City, the Venture Crawl will visit some of our city’s most exciting entrepreneurial hotspots!
You’ll hear from those who make entrepreneurship in Melbourne happen, from community managers to investors, angels, VCs, crowd-funders to startup founders themselves!
The Itinerary:
- 9am - Monash Generator and Monash Innovation Labs
- 10am - All aboard the Venture Bus to Cremorne 🚌
- 11am - Mindset Health offices
- 12pm - Cremorne Digital Hub (including lunch) 🍕
- 1.30pm - Walking tour of Cremorne 🚶♂️
- 2pm - LaunchVic offices
- 3pm - Inspire9 co-working space and offices
- 3.30pm - Train from Richmond Station to Southern Cross Station 🚂
- 4.30pm - Stone and Chalk
- 5.30pm - optional drinks and networking at Saint & Rouge 🥂
**PLEASE NOTE that the Venture Crawl ends in the city and attendees are required to make their own way home**
About Venture Crawl Tickets
Tickets are free and for currently enrolled Monash students only.
This event WILL SELL OUT so please ensure you register before the 1st September.
Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis and we will be taking a waitlist.
Registrants will be called by a member of Generator staff to confirm their attendance.
Tickets are only for those able to attend the full day (9am - 5.30pm) and partial day tickets are not available. Please only register if you are able to attend the FULL day.
About the Venture Bus/Walking Tour/Train
The Venture Crawl spans all modes of transport - starting with the Venture Bus (from Clayton to Cremorne), a Cremorne walking tour and a train from Richmond to Southern Cross Station.
Attendees will need to make sure they have comfortable walking shoes and a Myki.
