Members Meeting October 2021
The Baptist Union of Victoria holds Members of Assembly meetings (Members Dinners) twice a year in May and October.
This October due to the unstable nature of COVID restrictions, we have made the decision not to meet together in person. Therefore, the meeting will take place using video conferencing.
The members meeting will be held at 7pm on Friday 15th October.
Please ensure that your church's Members of Assembly information held by the BUV is correct and up to date. If you've elected new delegates since the last gathering in May, please contact data@buv.com.au to update your details.
There is no cost to attend this event - but you must be registered to attend, receive the online link and voting ballot papers (if eligible to vote). Voting will be done by a specialist external online voting company (True Vote).
Please read your Members Pack carefully in advance of the meeting – As this is a shorter online meeting with real time voting, any issues or questions in relation to the voting should be submitted in writing prior to the meeting to the Union Secretary at Debbie.uy@buv.com.au by 5pm Wednesday 13th October.
