Men Over Matter Lysterfield Lake Community Event

This event provides a safe space for all to come and take a walk in nature and build genuine connections with like minded people.

We want to show that we can provide a space for women to feel safe around good men and have real conversations and be able to share stories and give each other perspective and take a walk in each others shoes.

Let’s break down the walls, together. This is your safe space to be heard, supported, and inspired — while reconnecting with nature and your own inner self.

WHAT TO EXPECT -

• Walk around Lysterfield lake park.

• Light physical activity

• Breathwork (weather permitting)

• Optional cold dip

WHAT TO BRING -

• Appropriate clothing . i.e activewear and runners

• change of clothes/bathers and towel if dipping.

• Bottle of water

After the event we will head to the cafe (Stellas Kitchen) outside the entrance for a coffee/ catch up
