Men's Breathwork for Movember 💙

This Movember, I'm hosting a men's breathwork morning at The Sauna Village in Swords, with 100% of ticket sales going to Movember.

Men's mental health is something really close to my heart. I've been in a place myself where things felt pretty scary, and I know how hard it can be to open up or even understand what you're feeling.

Breathwork has helped me massively, and now that I'm in a position to share it with others, I want to bring more men together and create the kind of space I could've really used myself.

We'll spend the morning doing some guided breathwork, followed by a chance to have a chat, meet a few new faces and enjoy a bit of time away from the usual busyness of life.

There's no pressure to share anything personal, and you don't need any experience with breathwork.

Come on your own, bring a mate, your brother or your dad. Everyone's welcome.
