Men’s Reset With The Aid of Sound

An evening for men to pause and relax with the aid of sound.

Join us at Freshwater Surf Life Saving Club to take time for yourself and unwind.

What to expect

• A place to switch off, let go and relax in a supportive environment

• Arrive and be yourself, with no pressure, no judgement, no expectations

• Lie down, get comfortable and listen to the wonder of sound

• Leave feeling calmer and more grounded, with hopefully some giggles and good tunes in between

Preparation

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 7 pm start

• Doors will be closed strictly at 7 pm

• Wear comfortable and warm clothing

• Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g. coffee)

What to Bring

• A mat to lie down on (yoga or exercise mat is ideal)

• A water bottle

• Also recommend: a blanket, a cushion or pillow and an eye mask for extra comfort
