Healthy Habits for Healthy Men, Healthy Masculinities and Healthy Relationships

Men's Health Week Webinar

Thursday, 15 June - 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Online via Zoom

Healthy Habits are easy right? Go to the gym, eat well, get plenty of sleep! We all know what we’re meant to do.

But what about Healthy Habits that relate to our social and emotional life? Just like diet and physical activity, these things also have a big bearing on our wellbeing and mental health.

Developing Healthy Psycho-Social habits enable men to feel more whole and complete, become more open and connected, and develop a rounded approach to wellbeing and mental health.

The theme for Men’s Health Week 2023 is Healthy Habits, and in this free webinar hosted by The Men’s Table we will open discussion on some of the habits that can contribute to healthy men with healthy masculinities and healthy relationships.

In addition, we will learn about the stepping stones to building meaningful connections, how men can feel more comfortable talking about what’s going on for them and how putting in place regular opportunities to do these things contributes to men’s health and wellbeing.

The Men’s Table’s purpose is Healthy Men, Healthy Masculinities and Healthy Communities, supporting men to build meaningful connections and open up and share about what’s really going on for them in a safe and trusted space, without judgment or shame.

Men’s Health Week is an international celebration, highlighting the importance of supporting the physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of men and boys in our communities. Join men and women from many workplaces as we connect during this important week in the year.

Facilitated by Men’s Table co-founder David Pointon, with special guests
