Men's Naked Group Meditation with Justin

San Diego Naked Yoga also includes meditation! Raja yoga, or the "royal path" yoga, is the yoga of meditation. These naked guided meditations will explore the history, practice and understanding of meditation, practiced in a safe but vulnerable space completely in the nude. The sessions will include an intention, discussion, breath work, felt awareness and a silent meditation to build and expand your personal and communal practice of meditation. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and guided instruction will be provided for the most comfortable experience possible.
