Men’s Naked Slow Stretch + Flow

Join us for our Men’s Naked Slow stretch & Flow! 7:30pm-8:45pm (75 minutes)
This all-levels class is great for beginners and those who enjoy a slower paced yoga practice with an emphasis on hip and leg stretching exercises. Come shed your clothes and inhibitions and enjoy a relaxing clothes-free and judgement-free class. Open to all straight, Gay, Bi, Trans, and Queer men.
Yoga blocks and limited amount of extra mats will be available. Feel free to bring your own yoga essentials to support your practice. Light hands-on adjustments will be offered for those interested.
We’ll begin with a breath work exercise or meditation on our mats to drop in and activate.
We’ll continue to flow through a simple warm up for our whole spine and joints. Followed by a brief sun salutation to ground us from our feet and upward.
Tuning into our creative energy we’ll flow through a longer standing sun salutation focusing on finding balance, hip opening, shoulder stretching, and heart opening poses. We’ll hold longer in each posture to find stretch and release in the body.
We’ll finish by finding our way back down to our mat for some seated and reclined poses to enjoy more light stretching for our legs and spine before enjoying an extended savasana.
After each class we offer a complimentary Social Hour until 9:30pm! Stick around and chat with me and your fellow yogis with some wine and light snacks and some social nudity. You're welcome and encouraged to bring a bottle or snack to share but not required. We encourage you to bring your own drinking cup from home in an effort to reduce the use of single-use cups we have.
If you need to cancel, even on the day of class, please do so via email at your earliest convenience. You'll have the option to use your tix for a future date of the Slow Stretch & Flow class or be given a refund.
