Men’s Naked Yoga Vinyasa Flow with Andy

Join us for our Men’s Naked Vinyasa Flow! 7:30pm-8:45pm (75 minutes) 

This all-levels class is beginner friendly for who are looking for synchronizes breath with smooth movement. Come shed your clothes and inhibitions and enjoy an upbeat and invigorating clothes-free and judgement-free yoga class.
Open to all straight, Gay, Bi, Trans, and Queer men. Se ofrece en español si necesitas.

Yoga blocks and limited amount of extra mats will be available. Feel free to bring your own yoga essentials to support your practice. Light hands-on adjustments will be offered for those interested.

In this class, we'll flow through a series of poses designed to balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

*Bring a towel, bottled water, yoga mat and any props that support your practice.
After each class we offer a complimentary Social Hour until 9:30pm! Stick around and chat with me and your fellow yogis with some wine and light snacks and some social nudity. You're welcome and encouraged to bring a bottle or snack to share but not required. We encourage you to bring your own drinking cup from home in an effort to reduce the use of single-use cups we have. 

If you need to cancel, even on the day of class, please do so via email at your earliest convenience for a refund.
