Gaining skills and techniques: to create presence and depth, heal old paradigms, connect with your partner, honouring the yoni, build trust and safety.

Discover how to give and receive feedback that is useful, encouraging and easy to do.

You will:

Let go of stereotypes and limiting beliefs holding you back. Build greater communication skills, touch like a master, create connection beyond the physical. Become skillful, know how erogenous zones can be utilised to enhance arousal. Find pleasure in slow heart centred love making. Enjoy the curiosity of fun and giving without expectations. Create an atmosphere of mutuality and being able to manage and hold your own arousal.

Each week we will have:

• Education and Skill building, including the arousal systems and anatomy of the body, (with special attention to erogenous zones), how to notice the nuances of arousal and pleasure, locating pleasure pathways.
• Embodiment practices, ways you can be more embodied, present and attuned to you and your lover.
• Questions and Answers, bring your questions.
• At home practices, solidifying your learnings.

Sessions will be recorded, and you will have access to the recordings
