For generations, Men have been told to “toughen up,” “hold it together,” and “don’t cry.”

But beneath the armour, many of us carry unspoken stories, unexpressed emotions, and the weight of expectations.

This weekend is a chance to step out of isolation and into a circle of Men who are ready to break the silence.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to be strong without shutting down, vulnerable without losing our power, and connected without fear of judgment.

Through guided conversations, experiential exercises, and time in nature, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to go deeper than everyday life allows.

You’ll leave with a renewed sense of clarity, a stronger connection to yourself and other Men, and the freedom to live with greater honesty and courage.

This isn’t about fixing anyone – it’s about giving Men the chance to show up fully as they are.
