Time: 5.30pm for a 5.45pm sharp start - 6.30 pm, Then 7:00pm until 9:00pm (optional onboarding with existing Table)

The Men’s Table provides a unique space for men to share openly about their lives—challenges, highs, and lows—within a trusted group of peers. We are moving beyond "pub talk" to build genuine belonging and community and are open to men of all ages, walks of life, ethnicities and backgrounds.
What is an "Entree"?
The Entree is a relaxed, no-obligation introductory meal. It’s your chance to:
Meet other local men interested in starting a Table.
Hear stories and experiences from long-standing members.
Learn how a Table operates (checking in, listening without "fixing", and confidentiality).
Decide if being part of a local Men’s Table is right for you.
Why Join?

Belonging to a Table supports your mental, emotional, and social well-being. Once a Table is formed, it belongs to the men who sit at it—meeting once a month for dinner to share life’s journey. There are no membership fees; it is a grassroots activity for the community.
On the night you will be invited to join the existing Table as they will attend from 630pm to order food and drinks.. and we will start a Table onboarding Training at 7.00pm and close at 9:00pm
If you wish to not join the Table after the Entree at 6.30pm... you are free to leave.
