Did you know there are Tables all over Adelaide looking for new men to join them for dinner once a month?

Are you a man that is looking to build connection and friendship? Have deeper conversations? Offer peer support to men around you?

The Men's Table is a community group for men where the same group of guys get together each month for dinner and conversation to share their journey and what's going on for them.

Over time they build a safe and trusted environment, committing to being alongside one another for their own and others' wellbeing.

Come join us at The Exchange Hotel from 4.30pm for a casual catch up to learn more about who we are, and how you can then join a Table in 2024.
