Mend & Repair Workshop

Mend and Repair your clothes ~ The most sustainable way to love fashion and clothing!

We are holding a FREE work shop at So Familia Store with the help of our friends at Ramp Tramp Tramp Stamp for those that don’t know the basics of needle and thread.

Need help sewing on a button? Closing up a hole in your favourite top? Straps too long?

However small the problem bring them in with us and we will help and teach you how to fix it!

We only have space for 10 total beginners so lock in your spot asap!

Sessions of 2hrs starting at 5.30pm available on

Sunday 28th of July & Monday 29th of July.

* Please bring 3/4 garments that you want to mend * e.g Button replacement, adjusting strap length & closing up small holes.

This is a free workshop but are asking for a $5 donation to raise money for non for profit organisation Reverse Garbage in Marrickville.

We will have a sewing machine available and will be suppling buttons and bits from our favourite sustainable business Reverse Garbage in Marrickville.
