Women’s Health Loddon Mallee in partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo is bringing these informative sessions on how to better look after yourself through nutrition, exercise, healthy mental health practices, when transitioning into menopause.
This session is designed for audience participation and Q&A; and take a holistic approach to menopause, including tips and tools for management of symptoms and self-advocacy.
We will have fresh fruits available as refreshments.
