Join Dr Samantha Newman for an empowering talk for staff and managers about why menopause is important, what aspects are most likely to cause challenges at work and ideas for managing them. Dr Sam looks at the science behind menopause, how women's wellbeing and productivity might be impacted, and shares practical tips to help.

Menopause has a high risk of being a huge challenge, but with appropriate identification and support that it doesn’t need to be feared!

A proportion of the profits will go to Rose Gold Trust, a women's health charity.

Attend in person in Hastings or online via Zoom. Zoom link will be emailed to both ticket types the day before the event in case anyone who bought an in-person ticket can't make it, and recording will be available for 3 months.
