Description

THE WOMAN WHO BLOOMS

Spring • Creativity • Life Force • New Beginnings

Every woman has more than one Spring.

As Winter ends and the world begins to bloom again, we gather to honour our own seasons of change and the possibility of creating something new from who we are becoming.

This circle is for women moving through times of change and rites of passage, and especially for those navigating perimenopause and menopause. Because menopause is a transition, but it is also an invitation.

Our bodies change. Our identities shift. What once gave us energy may no longer fit. But this doesn't mean our season of fertility and creation is over.

Menopause can be another time to bloom.

Inspired by the symbolism of Ostara, Spring and the feminine cycles, we will explore a broader meaning of fertility: our capacity to create, desire, imagine, express ourselves and bring life to what matters.

Together, we'll ask:

What is fertile within me now?
What has completed its season?
What needs space to grow?
What is life asking to create through me?

It might be an idea, a project, a relationship, sexuality, art, adventure, purpose, a new way of living or perhaps you are the creation.

Through ritual, conversation, embodiment and movement, we'll reconnect with our life force and make space for what is ready to emerge.

Spring doesn't belong to youth. We can bloom through every rite of passage.

And perhaps this season isn't asking you to become who you once were.

It's asking you to discover who you're ready to become. 🌱

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Journal and pen

  • Water bottle and/or tea mug

  • Comfortable clothes for movement

  • Eye mask, socks, pillow and/or a cozy blanket

  • Cushion or seat for floor sitting

We recommend that you have dinner before arriving and/or feel free to bring food to eat while the event happens. Be aware that we won't have long breaks.

Spaces are limited.

If finances are making this difficult, please reach out to us. We believe every woman deserves to be supported through her rites of passage, and we would never want money alone to keep you from this circle. Let's have a conversation. 🤍

Thais Ingrid is a clinical naturopath, medical herbalist, tantric practitioner, and sexologist, as well as the founder of Naturotantra. Her work bridges science, nature, and the body guiding women into deep connection with their vitality, sensuality, and inner truth.

For over 15 years, Thais has been holding one-on-one consultations, as well as retreats, workshops, festivals, and circles, creating grounded and transformative spaces where healing happens through the body, the breath, and the wisdom of the elements. Through movement, dance, and the raw intelligence of the body, she invites women to reconnect with themselves through a living experience of Nature.

Weaving holistic health, ancestral and shamanic traditions along with sacred sexuality, her work becomes an invitation into the body as oracle, into pleasure as medicine, and into a life fully felt, expressed, and alive.

Thais is a mother, a woman, and a guide devoted to walking this path alongside others, with presence, depth, and truth
