Event description

Are you looking for ways to help your workplace become menopause friendly? You may be a team lead, or working on gender equality action plans or asking for a friend. This interactive workshop focuses on the workplace and provides you with tips and resources for supporting staff through menopause.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to: 

  • define menopause and identify symptoms 
  • give examples of how to manage menopause at work
  • identify steps to becoming a menopause friendly workplace
