Please join us for the final Menopause Month information session, Menopause Sex & Intimacy.

Too often sexual health and wellbeing during the menopause transition is not addressed and this can impact self-esteem, identity and relationships.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

1. Know your body: how menopause impacts sex and intimacy
2. Know treatment options and how they work
3. Identify practical steps to find the joy, rewrite the script and communicate your needs
