Moving into Wholeness: Re-energising and empowering your body, mind, and spirit
As we journey through menopause and into post-menopause, what we loving call our ‘Second Spring’ our bodies undergo profound changes. With these hormone shifts we may notice a loss of strength, reduced muscle tone, our body morphing into a different shape, joints can feel stiff, our balance may feel a little off. We may even have a sense of disconnection from our bodies. These changes are not signs of weakness - they are signs of transformation.
Menopause marks a natural and powerful rite of passage. It’s not about decline - it’s about evolution. This is a time to reconnect with your inner strength, feeling strong, grounded and fully alive in your body and entire being.
In this workshop, we’ll explore a yoga sequence designed to reenergise, lift the mood, stimulate a sluggish system, strengthen, raise your heart rate and breathwork to stimulate the fire in your belly and to bring a sense of joy to your being
Come and connect with others who are going through the same stage of life. Share in a safe environment your individual experiences.
This is your time to feel empowered in your changing body ~ supported, seen, and strong. It’s the time to fully embrace our Goddess Power!
Sharron and Sadie will create a calming and grounding space to connect with yoga techniques which will generate a sense of balance in your life as you travel through menopause and beyond, along with wellness reflections to connect your mind with your overall health and wellbeing.
