Men's 2hr Restorative Yoga & Harmonium Sound

Men's only Restorative Yoga and Harmonium Sound offering is an invitation for men to step away from the noise, release the pressure to perform and reconnect with yourself, your purpose and each other.  

Postures are held passively for an extended period of time, either seated or lying down, with the use of supportive props, such as bolsters, blocks and blankets. The stretching is passive, which eliminates unnecessary straining and allows your body to gradually open and sink naturally into deep, restorative relaxation. 

During this 2-hour practice of deep relaxation you will be complimented by the alchemising vibrations of ancient sacred tones through harmonium mantra sounds. 

This 2hour Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing is offered at the LoveLight Temple in Margate guided by Areti and Samantha.
