Event description
Drawing on Parker Palmer’s work on circles of trust, this event holds space for men to connect and to feel connected: to other men, and, just as importantly, to oneself. This is foundational to a deep-rooted sense of belonging and community: medicine in an era of runaway male depression, loneliness and suicide.
In circle, the vulnerability and depth that exists, how safe you feel sharing, and the extent to which you can relax and be seen for who you truly are is foundational to well being. This circle offers non-judgemental space to show up exactly as you are, no matter who you are or what is coming up for you in your life. After a short grounding meditation, Rob will create a safe container, guiding participants to be fully present, from which place true connection and a sense of being fully embodied can flow.
The workshop is free of charge, but registration is essential!
