Event description

Welcome to the MENS HUB \\ WA - Scarborough Men's Run Club

A place for all men, of all fitness levels, to come together as a community and support one another on their fitness journey!

- WHEN: Last Sunday of every month - 7:00AM - 8:30AM
- WHERE: Scarborough BEach Amphitheatre, Scarborough.
- COST: FREE - Donations appreciated.

7:00 AM- Meet at the Amphitheatre steps for a warm up and stretch!
7:15 AM - Begin 45min coastal run, led by your host - Jamie Wall
8:00 AM - Return to the Scarborough Esplanade for a cool down, coffee and connection!

These spaces are not therapy sessions - We offer men a safe space to speak, connect, and learn simple practices to assist them in day-to-day life. Professional services are always our first point of call for serious matters that arise, and we have a wide range of referral services available. We do not claim to be clinical therapists.
