Menstrual Cycle Awareness & Energetics Workshop

Picture yourself cozied up in a yurt nestled in a forest; there’s a fire burning in the wood stove and you’re sitting amongst fellow cyclical minded beings ready to tap into your innate wisdom and magic. It’s the afternoon and you’re sipping on a cup of tea as you drink in the warmth of remembering ancient knowledge that lives within your beingness. 

After time of connecting and arriving in the space I’ll bring in some educational content for our group to explore. In this workshop I’ll introduce the concept of Menstrual Cycle Awareness & living in attunement with the natural rhythms of your cycle. I’ll share the ways in which it can help you deepen your relationship with your true nature - allowing you to heal and improve your mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I’ll also share content surrounding the energetic holding container of the menstrual cycle and how to honor the energies to fully tap into your innate power.

You do not need to be currently menstruating to be able to integrate the knowledge into your life. The magic of being a cyclical creature lives within you even if your body doesn’t move through the biological processes of menstruation. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns !

 * Please Note: My area of work and what I teach focuses on the mental/emotional well-being and psychospiritual aspects of communing with the menstrual cycle. I do touch on some of the biological processes of the cycle, but it is not an area in which I educate on.
