The purpose of this workshop is to bring a body of knowledge to psychologists and other therapists. Based on her experience with somatic practices and menstrual cycle awareness, Tammy regularly asks questions, psycho-educates, and tracks the ebbs and flows of her clients cycles to teach them how it impacts their life.
Understanding how the cycle operates allows women to make changes in their lives to suit the changes in hormone composition, the impact on their body, emotions, and cognition.
It is imperative that psychologists learn about menarche (the first bleed), the 40 years on average of fertility, peri-menopause (!!!) and the transition to menopause.
