If you have ever wondered how does your menstrual cycle affect your wellness and health, physical and academic performance, and if you could implement new habits for your wellbeing, this event is for you!

This workshop is specifically tailored to students and will provide scientific and peer-reviewed evidence conveyed in easy and understandable way. We will focus on key changes throughout menstrual cycle, answer questions such as: "are there advantages in adjusting my study schedule in sync with my cycle?", "can people with ADHD benefit from implementing cycle-based habits?", "what is recommended nutritional advice in this area?", and "does my menstrual cycle impact my physical performance and creativity?".

Host of this event is Lucija Strkalj, who holds a Master's degree in Nutrition science and currently is a PhD candidate in Biosciences at joint programme University of Adelaide/University of Nottingham (contact: lucija.strkalj@adelaide.edu.au). She is passionate about providing advice on women's health based on scientifically proved results in an interesting way!
