Mental Freedom®: Stay Grounded, Clear, and in Control—Even Under Pressure
Description
NewCore Presents - Kim Olver (Olver International, LLC) Licensed counselor, certified coach, author, international speaker, and founder of Mental Freedom®
Kim joins us from the United States to present this one-day experiential workshop to help you manage your internal world more effectively—so you can respond with intention, even in the most challenging moments.
From Reaction to Response: A Better Way Forward
You can be calm, clear, and grounded—until something happens: a comment, a conflict, or a stressful situation you didn’t see coming. Suddenly, you’re reacting in ways you don’t feel good about—you say things you regret, shut down, or lose patience, and afterward you’re left thinking, “That’s not who I want to be.” Mental Freedom® is a practical, empowering framework that helps you take responsibility for your internal experience, stop taking things personally, let go of what you can’t control, and respond more intentionally—even under pressure—without suppressing emotions or pretending things don’t matter.
Who This Is For
Educators, professionals, and anyone who:
Wants to stay calm and effective under pressure
Is tired of reacting in ways they later regret
Is ready to take ownership of their internal experience.
