Ahead of the 2026 General Election, come and engage with representatives from all leading political parties on their actions and priorities for mental health and addiction.

Make your voice count:

Hear about political parties' stances, policies, and actions for mental health and addiction in Aotearoa New Zealand in what will be the 55th New Zealand government parliamentary terms and future terms.
Influence and shape political party positions on mental health, addiction and wellbeing and future government based on your own knowledge and experiences.
Engage on wider issues including social determinants of health occurring within the health and social sector.

Get your tickets now to join us in Wellington, or if you are living outside of Wellington, join us via livestream.

We aim to make this event as accessible as possible. We will have NZSL interpreters for the event (both in person and live-streamed). Please get in touch with Louise at louise@platform.org.nz if you have any accessibility needs.

Who is Platform?

Platform is a peak body and membership organisation representing the mental health and addiction non-governmental organisation (NGO) and community sector. We directly support 108 mental health and addiction NGOs and community organisations that provide support to tāngata whai ora (people seeking wellness) and whānau, including kaupapa Māori and Pasifika providers, and whānau and peer-led services. We also advocate for the wider network of mental health and addiction NGOs who share the same aspiration of a system and sector that is driven by the need for better and more equitable outcomes for all.
