    Do you want to take care of your teams mental health and well-being, but find yourself not knowing where to start or how to make it a priority? 

    Running your own business can be all-consuming, which is where our expert-led series of wellbeing workshops comes in. 

    We are very proud to partner with The City of Marion to deliver this series of workshops for small and family business owners and leaders to dedicate valuable time to themselves and their teams mental health - a crucial part of operating and maintaining a successful business.

    It is an opportunity to connect with others, and be provided with essential tools and strategies to manage the ever-changing landscape of leading a team and running a business.

    ** There is the option to purchase all 6 sessions of the mastermind series as one ticket OR purchase each session separately.

    * This event is session number one - 'Foundations of Mental Health and Wellbeing' which is a full day with other sessions being 1/2 days.

    By joining this mastermind, you will:

    • Dedicate some time for you and your wellbeing, which is so important as you spend so much time looking out for others.
    • Understand why people maybe struggling or acting in a certain way. 
    • Be shown practical skills in how to support your team.
    • Connect, share, and normalise experiences in an inclusive space.
    • Improve and expand wellbeing initiatives in your workplace. 
    • Get strategic about implementation of wellbeing strategies in your organisation.
    • Learn where to go to seek further help and resources. 

    This series is heavily subsidised* from the Office of Small and Family Business. It will be a mixture of checking in with your experiences, mental health education, looking at wellbeing strategies, learning practical tools and most importantly the discussion, connection, sharing and problem solving with other leaders and business owners who 'get it'.

    The in person sessions (commencing as a full day on June 28th, half days thereafter) will be run once per month with online check ins and individual coaching available throughout the program.

    Roles, responsibilities and Psychosocial Risks -  30th August, 2024    9:30am - 12.30pm

    Behaviour, Communication and Courageous Conversations -  20th September, 2024   9:30am - 12.30pm

    Practical Strategies for a Mentally Healthy Workplace - 25th October, 2024  9:30am - 12.30pm

    Maintaining Wellbeing and Workplace Culture  22nd November  9:30am - 12.30pm


    All sessions will be held at the Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre


    Are you ready to take action to look after yourself and your team so that your cash flow, business, products, services, clients, and customers benefit from a mentally happier, healthier team?

    This initiative is proudly supported by the South Australian Office of Small and Family Business. It addresses the recent finding reported in their 2023–2030 strategic plan, revealing that 62% of small business owners feel that their mental health has been negatively impacted over the last 12 months.

    The program is designed and led by Bel Ryan, a highly experienced clinician with over 20 years of expertise in areas such as facilitation, mental health training, art therapy, and counselling. Bel will collaborate with expert facilitators to share their knowledge and tools throughout the series of workshops.
