Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop

Haathi in the Room (HIR) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing mental health awareness, providing support and offering resources specifically tailored to the South Asian community.

Mental health issues within the South Asian community are often exacerbated by cultural stigmas, language barriers and a lack of culturally competent resources.

Anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges frequently go unaddressed, highlighting the urgent need for targeted mental health initiatives that resonate with the community and provide effective support.
