Event description

Have you ever wondered what makes a workplace feel safe enough for everyone to share their thoughts and ideas openly?

Our Mental Health Awareness Workshop is a unique professional development opportunity facilitated by educators with lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery.

A key focus of the workshop is psychological safety — creating an environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves, voice concerns, and take risks without fear of judgment or negative consequences. When workplaces promote psychological safety, they encourage trust, respect, and open communication, empowering teams to participate fully and contribute their unique ideas.

In Australia, over 75% of mental health concerns occur before the age of 25. Join us to strengthen your understanding of mental health topics and explore strategies to enhance participation in your workplace.

Who is this workshop for?

This free workshop is for:

  • Employees of RTOs;
  • Employers of apprentices and trainees studying with an RTO; or

All participants must be based in South Australia. All RTOs must hold a Funded Activities Agreement.
