Event description

Are you a paid mental health carer peer worker or the manager of mental health carer peer workers? If you are, register for MHCN’s upcoming Mental Health Carer Peer Worker Community of Practice Co-Design Workshop.

MHCN is hosting 2 x workshops: 1 to be held in person and 1 to be held online. Participants can attend either workshop.

The purpose of the workshops is to co-design a Mental Health Carer Peer Worker Community of Practice (COP).

A COP provides the opportunity for mental health carer peer workers to:

  • provide mutual support,

  • engage in debriefing and helpful strategies,

  • consider helpful supports, identify risks, and

  • promote the development and enhancement of good practice in mental health carer peer worker support.

The workshops aim is to:

  • design key aspects of the COP,
