Mental Health Commissioning - Draft Strategic Investment Plan Consultation (in person)

About this Event

This workshop will provide an opportunity to hear directly from the Rachel Stephen-Smith, Minister for Mental Health and the Commissioning Advisory Group about the Draft Mental Health NGO Strategic Investment Plan (SIP). Through this workshop we are seeking feedback on the Draft SIP from all consumers, carers, sector partners, and service providers.

In this workshop you will:

1. Hear directly from the Minister for Mental Health, the Mental Health Commissioning Team, and representatives from the Commissioning Advisory Group.
2. Participate in feedback discussion groups to consider the pillars of the service system, the funding streams, and other topics outlined in the SIP.
3. Hear from colleagues and discuss with people in the sector what the SIP captures well and anything that might be missing or need clarification.
4. Have the opportunity to ask questions about the next steps in the commissioning process, including the roll out of funding streams and the application process.
