    Event description

The Blended Online Mental Health First Aid Community course combines a mixture of self-directed e-learning modules and instructor led webinars.

The self-directed e-learning module can be completed in your own time, but ideally within the week before the Zoom sessions. It will take approximately 6 hours. The e-learning provides an overview of mental health problems and crises and insight into the model for providing mental health first aid.

The instructor-led modules will be delivered via Zoom over 2 x 2.5 hour sessions. Both of these modules must be completed within a week of each other. This section provides an opportunity to apply the skills learnt to interact with other participants and ask questions of the instructor.

Upon registration, the self directed e-learning will be set up by Jonathan Bedloe, and access details sent via email.

Details of the two online instructor sessions and the link etc will be confirmed closer to the time.

NOTE: Instructor led sessions take place on both days 1.00pm - 3.30pm on both dates.

      Recent Feedback:

"Jonathan held the space for us in a way that felt safe and open to me. His knowledge in this area was clear, but he let us be curious and come to our own conclusions. I would highly recommend undertaking MHFA, and Jonathan was an excellent facilitator." - Bonnie Tuttle (Coach and Consultant), Howrah, lutruwita/Tasmania
