Mental Health First Aid is an accredited, evidence based program which teaches participants:

General mental health awareness

How to spot the signs and symptoms of poor mental health

How to have an effective mental health conversation

What to do and say in a crisis situation

The Mental Health First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years. Before certificate expiry, you have an opportunity to refresher your skills and become reaccredited by attending this MHFA Refresher Training.

This refresher training will be held online via Zoom over two consecutive mornings:

Tues 14th & Wed 15th October 2025: 9.30am - 12 noon (QLD time) both days

During this online training you will:

Refresher your skills in MHFA

Update knowledge around resources

Understand new statistics around mental health

Refresher on what to do in a crisis situation

Please note: This training is only available to those who currently hold a valid MHFA Australia certificate and have not already completed refresher training.

Please contact me for other training options if your certificate has already expired.
