Description

Want to learn more about your mental wellbeing? Join us for a FREE weekend workshop offering tools to maintain your own wellbeing.

What is Mental Health Maintenance (MHM)? 💭

20Talk is a mental health educational charity that has developed the Mental Health Maintenance course with 11 mental health specialists. You'll hear from these experts how certain behaviours and habits can impact your wellbeing, as well as tools that you can implement to manage these habits.

You'll also be introduced to the Wellbeing Audit Wheel, a tool to help you track and reflect on your 12 dimensions.

A lot of workshops these days are about helping others in crisis mode, but this one is all about helping YOU before crisis mode.

Important Participation Guidelines
These workshops are educational and skills-based sessions designed to support mental health maintenance and wellbeing. They are not group therapy or crisis support sessions.

We encourage respectful participation and personal reflection; however, attendees are asked not to share graphic, highly detailed, or deeply personal experiences that may be distressing or triggering for others in the group.

If you are currently experiencing significant mental health distress or require therapeutic support, we encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional or appropriate support service, such as Lifeline on 13 11 14.

By attending, participants agree to help maintain a safe, supportive, and psychologically considerate environment for everyone.
