    Sea Gals X 20talk have come together to present 20talk's new course: Mental Health Maintenance. But this time - it's for the gals! 

    Want to know how to help yourself when you get stuck in a rut? Want to know what techniques to apply in your day to maintain a positive mental wellbeing? This wholesome day is perfect for you. 

    There are a lot of courses out there that focus on how to help your family and friends, or how to help someone in a crisis. But there's not many courses backed by experts in the mental health industry that help YOU to keep your wellbeing in a good state before you enter crisis mode. 

    Come along for a day in the heart of Fremantle, run by Tara from Sea Gals, grab a coffee or matcha from the Freo coffee strip and enjoy learning more about how you can help your future self.

    About the course:
    - Learn about 12 dimensions that contribute to maintaining your mental wellbeing: self-control, sleep, nutrition, exercise, breathing, financial, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, relational, environmental and occupational. 
    - Take away strategies to help you unlock your wellbeing superpower, all backed by experts in these dimension areas.
