What is Mental Health Maintenance (MHM)? 💭

20Talk is a mental health charity that has developed a workshop with experts in the field about how to tap into different areas of your wellbeing and finding a great way to monitor them. A lot of workshops these days are about helping others in crisis mode, but this one is all about YOU before you get into crisis mode! 💌

But first, we dip! 🌊

Before the workshop, we host a Sea Gals dip just for you at 8am at Port Beach. Meet us here on the beach down from the walkway here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/bQeKCYXAz15fdhPSA

Then just dry off or shower at the Port Beach change rooms and drive 10 mins down to the 20Talk office for the workshop.

What to expect? 💗

Tara, founder of Sea Gals, runs these workshops for 20Talk and really wanted to bring this impactful workshop to the SG community. So what should you expect?

Start with a morning dip at 8am at Port Beach (near Coast)
Come back to the 20talk office to start the workshop at 9am.
Evidence-backed workshop run by Tara (9am-3pm).
Learn about the 12 dimensions of wellbeing and how that applies to you (Self-Control, Exercise, Breathing, Sleep, Nutrition, Finance, Relationships, Occupation, Environment, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing).
A free MHM journal.
A safe space to meet other gals of the community and learn together.
Opportunity for morning tea and lunch breaks in the heart of Fremantle.

Bathers, towel, warm clothes for dip.
Warm clothes/change of clothes for workshop after dip.
