The last 2 years has had an impact on us all.  Now that life has "almost" gone back to normal why are we not bouncing back?  We  are more stressed, more fatigued, less motivated and more depressed than we were pre-pandemic.

So what can we do about it?

Michelle will answer these questions and more, and give you sound practical tips to help you find your spark again.

This is the first of a 3 part series that shines a light on everything that is getting in the way of our ability to thrive in a post pandemic world.  Each session will have new and innovative ways to regain your zest for life, however these are stand alone events so you can come to one, two or all three.
