Join us on Saturday (5th October) and Immerse yourself in the world of nutrition and ethical living with "Nutrition for Health" with Ethical Being and find inner peace and balance by attending the "Yoga/Meditation session" with Ora Wellness Co.
Or see you on Sunday the 6th October, get ready to move and groove with "Zumba with Caitlin".Â
These events are designed to support you to prioritise self-care and cultivate a healthy mind-body connection as you strive to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Ethical Being Bio
Ethical Being was created in 2015 to help others wishing to improve their quality of life through healthful, plant-based nutrition.
Joseph Mann is the founder of Ethical Being and a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program run through the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies. He has a passion for nutrition research and a love of cooking.
Ethical Being workshops are designed to provide easy to understand insights into the powerful benefits of plant-based foods on health and well-being.
