Event description
Phil Nield is a highly effective educator who reflects on his personal story of living with Bipolar Disorder, with engaging anecdotes of diverse experiences, some which have changed his life forever. Through insightful observations, Phil engages his audience and promotes a positive approach to maintaining good health and wellbeing.
Mental Illness Journey is based on the following principles:
- RECOGNISE your state of health
- REACH OUT for support
- REBUILDÂ your mindset
A series of 3 seminars and online webinars provide the
opportunity for participants to consider a personal perspective on
navigating: onset, diagnosis, and management of bipolar disorders.
Depression, mania and anxiety have the potential to significantly impact
family and friends, the workplace, and life in general.
The small group structure & Phil’s relaxed approach encourage participants to feel respected and supported. It is up to participants whether they ask questions, engage in conversation, or simply listen.
Whether you have
experienced living with a mental illness, or have cared for a loved one, you
will find something to take home from each presentation.
