MENTAL JOY
TEENAGE PUNK METAL FROM CHCH Mental Joy are a 3 piece band from Christchurch, NZ who have been developing their unique style of punk metal since 2023. They influence from skate punk and hardcore, with elements from metal new and old, as well as the bands around them. They have played with the likes of NZ music legends such as Earth Tongue, DARTZ, and Dick Move, and have picked up the reputation to have crazy energy and excitement at their shows. Since forming, they have their debut EP "Don't Worry, You Look Homeless" set to release independently on December 4th. The fast, angry, breakdown-filled 7 song EP will be played in full at this show, and will be available to purchase on CD and 7" vinyl.
CRISIS
03//GARDEN CITY HARDCORE Crisis are a 4-piece 03 hardcore band from Christchurch / Ōtautahi Drawing influence from bands like Speed, The Ghost Inside, Stray From The Path, Trapped Under Ice and Locked Shut, bringing together their own fresh take on mid-2000s hardcore. The sound is original while still paying clear homage to those influences, as well as the local 03HC bands Jack and Nathan grew up on (Six Slip and OutCold AD), which continue to inspire them. While passionate about the local scene, they’re just as happy sharing stages with multi genre bands from across the 03 and the rest of New Zealand with community as the focus. They’ve opened for NYHC legends Murphy’s Law, supported melodic hardcore/punk legends Strung Out (from California), and been involved in Fun Crusher show thanks to the BornReady Crew from Tāmaki as well as played symbiotic metal fest in Wellington They have also played sold out shows, such as Dogfest 2026 as well as coming 3rd in DTG 2026.

Are you ready for some action packed punchy music that makes you wanna eat human flesh? Come see their set, but tread lightly… Their new songs will melt your fucking neurons. Antibody is a four-piece metal band that blends screamo, punk and metal together to create a unique, curated sound. They bring a highly energetic, angry, emotionally hype set to the scene that'll knock your socks off.
