Free Disaster Preparedness Sessions for Small Business Owners, Makers and Sole Traders

Disasters can strike at any time—fires, floods, illness, theft, or unexpected disruptions. Are you confident your business could weather the storm?

How will you cope if your business is impacted by a disaster?

Whether you're a sole trader, hobby farmer, small business owner, or the manager of a large corporation, preparing for unexpected events is essential. Fires, floods, storms, illness, theft, or the loss of a major customer can all be considered disasters. How will you cope under the immense stress of a disaster impacting your business?

Mental Resilience for Business Owners with Partners in Wellbeing. During this special one-hour workshop we will cover the importance of wellbeing, signs of poor wellbeing, and the impact of stress on our wellbeing. We’ll dive into strategies to boost your wellbeing and show you how Partners in Wellbeing can support you in your journey. Plus, you'll experience a relaxing mindfulness activity to calm your mind and recharge. Prioritising your wellbeing is key to thriving in every aspect of life. By investing time in understanding and improving your wellbeing, you’re laying the foundation for long-term success, resilience, and happiness.
