Mentor Training (2x EVES online) - Thu 24 & Fri 25 July 2025

Mentoring Men is a registered Australian charity providing free long-term one-to-one life mentoring programs for men Australia wide.We focus on a proactive approach, engaging Australian men who need help before they spiral into crisis.

Our definition of The Mentoring Men Mentor:    "A Mentor is someone who will listen, encourage, and support self-guidance and personal growth in another, whilst maintaining their own self-care”.

Training outcome:

• Understand how the Mentor role is to listen without judgement
• Identify what our life-mentoring is, and what it is not
• Learn the value of good questions and how to avoid ‘fixing’
• Experience mentorship from the perspective of both Mentor and Mentee

About the training course:

The online group mentor training is the chance for new mentors to train together and learn from one another. 
These online trainings are "Cameras ON" sessions where you will work as an individual, in small groups and as a whole group.   PLEASE NOTE the training may be postponed and rescheduled if minimum numbers are not reached. 

There is some brief mandatory e-learning to complete beforehand.
The training will be online via Zoom. You will be sent a Zoom meeting link a 1-2 days prior to Day 1 of training.
